2024 API Golf Tournament

The API Delta Chapter of New Orleans, LA  2024 Annual Golf Tournament is scheduled for Thursday, May 23, 2024, at the Beau Chene Country Club (Oak Course) located in Mandeville, LA. Registration will begin at 10:30 AM and Tee off time is 12:00 AM.

This year the tournament will be limited to one morning round, filled on a first come, first serve basis. The entry fee if paid with Credit Card via PayPal is $850.00, if paid by check $825.00, for a 4-man team. Each Player will receive an $80.00 Gift Card towards Golf apparel from the Johnny O online Pro Shop. The tournament format is a 4-man scramble.

Proceeds from the tournament are used to support API Delta Chapter activities and programs, awards, scholarships and the ongoing promotion of the petroleum industry in local schools and universities. Through your generosity and participation API Delta Chapter has been able to provide ongoing support and funding for programs such as the following:

    • Over $160,000 in scholarships since the start of the program to support deserving students from the API-Delta area
    • Contributed over $175,000 to the Louisiana Children's Museum, Bayou Country Children's Museum, and Children's Museum of St. Tammany
    • Teacher of the Year Awards to local teachers with lifetime of over $225,500
    • The Energy projects division of the Greater New Orleans Science & Engineering Fair was started by our Chapter. Monetary awards recognize students with winning science projects in the energy category, along with their teachers

Sponsorship Level Details
$2,500 GOLD SPONSORSHIPS As a Gold corporate sponsor, you will be allowed to enter two (2) teams in the tournament. Your company's name will appear on the Corporate Sponsorship Board, Score Card and you will receive two Holes Sponsorships.  
$1,300 SILVER SPONSORSHIPS As a Silver corporate sponsor, you will be allowed to enter one (1) team in the tournament. Your company name will appear on the Corporate Sponsorship Board, Score Card and you will receive one Hole Sponsorship.  
$350 BRONZE SPONSORSHIPS As a Bronze corporate sponsor, your company name will appear on the Corporate Sponsorship Board, Scorecard and one (1) Hole Sponsorship.  
$150 HOLE SPONSORSHIP As a Hole sponsor, your company name will appear on a Hole Sign and Sponsorship Board and Scorecard.  
$50 SKILL PRIZE SPONSORSHIP  As a Skill prize sponsor, your company name will appear on our corporate sponsorship board and Scorecard.  
$50 - FOOD AND BEVERAGE TENT SPONSORSHIPS As a food and beverage tent sponsor, you will be allowed to place your company hospitality tent on a hole, in order to serve food and or beverages for those in attendance. Your company name will also appear on the Tournament sponsorship board and Scorecard. Your $50 fee will go towards hole prizes in your company's name. Hospitality sponsorships will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis as space permits.
