The 2011 API Delta Chapter Golf tournament held on September 16th at the Covington Country Club was a huge success!! This year, 47 teams participate in the tournament. There were plenty of cool beverages and delicious hot food to make this a most enjoyable event. The weather was exceptionally nice and the course was in great shape. The API Golf Committee would like to thank everyone involved in helping make the 2011 API Delta Chapter Golf Tournament a success!
Through the generosity of all the corporate, team and hole sponsors we were able to raise over $30,000 dollars. The proceeds will be used for our scholarship program, teacher mini- grants, the Louisiana Children’s Museum, and the other opportunities to promote education and the Petroleum Industry in the Greater New Orleans area. We could not have achieved this without you and we truly thank you for your support!!
