2009 API Golf Tournament

The 2009 API Golf tournament held on September 18, 2009, at the Covington Country Club was a huge success!! Over 45 teams participated in the popular two round event. There were plenty of cool beverages and delicious food to make this an enjoyable event for all in spite of the South Louisiana heat and humidity and soggy course conditions. The API Golf Committee would like to thank everyone involved in helping make the 2009 API Delta Chapter Golf Tournament a success!

Through the generosity of all the team sponsors, hole sponsors and food & beverage sponsors, we were able to raise over $22,000 dollars. These monies will be used for education grants, scholarships, the Louisiana Children’s Museum, and the other opportunities to promote education and the Petroleum Industry in the New Orleans area. We could not have achieved this without everyone’s support; thank you all very much!

We hope to see you all at next years 2010 API Delta Chapter Golf Tournament to be held on September 17 th once again at Covington Country Club!
