| JOB TITLE: | PRODUCTION ROUSTABOUT |
| JOB DESCRIPTION: | Keep production platform clean, assist Gauger Trainee, Jr. Gauger, and Gauger in production of oil and gas, gage tanks, test wells, pig flowlines, and grease valves. Under close supervision of the Crane Operator-Roustabout, performs manual work and duties requiring minor skills in the general maintenance of various oilfield facilities. Performs general lease service maintenance related oilfield duties such as: services tank batteries and equipment; scrapes, cleans, primes, and applies protective coatings to tank batteries, etc.; digs ditches, tunnels, bores, and back fills; and generally maintains area around various oilfield facilities. May on occasion drive truck as required. Performs the primary thinking called for and encompassed by this overall job definition. Performs other duties as may be required at the direction of immediate supervisor. |
| EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: | High School, 1-2 yrs. College. |
